1. Scope and operator
AGI&M Weekly Intelligence is an internal reporting application operated by AGI&M ASSETS INC. (“AGI&M,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It compiles a weekly business-intelligence report for authorized AGI&M users.
This policy applies to information processed by that application. It does not replace the privacy policies of Google, GitHub, OpenAI, or other services used to operate the application.
2. Google user data we access
The application requests only read-only access to Google services:
- Gmail read-only: messages within the configured weekly reporting window, including headers, subject, sender and recipient fields, message text, snippets, labels, message and thread identifiers, and attachment file names. The application does not send, modify, delete, or organize mail using this authorization.
- Google Drive read-only: metadata for files modified during the configured reporting window, including name, type, modification time, owner, description, size, and link. For supported Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and text-based files, the application may read or export text for analysis. Unsupported or binary files are processed as metadata only.
- OAuth credentials: a client identifier, client secret, and refresh token used to obtain temporary access tokens. We do not request or store your Google password.
The application cannot alter Gmail messages or Drive files through the Google authorization described in this policy.
3. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and maintain the weekly-intelligence function authorized by the user. This includes:
- collecting items within a defined reporting period;
- identifying relevant business developments, decisions, commitments, risks, and follow-up actions;
- producing summaries and a weekly report with links to supporting source items;
- deduplicating evidence and maintaining limited derived memory so previously analyzed information does not have to be processed repeatedly;
- troubleshooting, securing, and auditing the reporting workflow.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing profiles, credit decisions, surveillance, sale, or data-broker activity.
AGI&M’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage, retention, and deletion
Credentials
OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted GitHub Environment secrets and are not placed in the website repository, report artifacts, application logs, or generated reports. Credentials are retained until access is revoked, the integration is disabled, or they are replaced or deleted.
Source and derived data
- Raw source content is processed during the reporting workflow and is not intentionally published on this public website.
- Private preview artifacts, which can include the report, cited evidence excerpts and metadata, derived memory, and run records, are configured for deletion after no more than 30 days.
- When a report is formally issued, the report, its cited evidence index, derived continuity memory, and run record may be retained privately for business continuity, audit, and historical reporting until no longer needed or deletion is requested.
- Incremental-analysis caches contain derived analysis needed to avoid repeated processing. They are maintained in private workflow storage and may be deleted or rebuilt at any time.
We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, subject to legal, security, and legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
6. Security safeguards
We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect information. These include read-only Google scopes, separation of collection and email-delivery credentials, encrypted secret storage, access-controlled repositories and artifacts, redacted logs, least-privilege automation identities, and restricted production environments.
No security method is perfect. If we become aware of a material incident affecting Google user data, we will investigate, contain, and provide notifications when required by applicable law.
7. Your choices and controls
You may stop future access at any time by removing AGI&M Weekly Intelligence from the third-party access settings of your Google Account or by contacting us. Revocation prevents new access but does not automatically delete information already lawfully retained.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by AGI&M. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where required by law or legitimate security and business-record obligations.

8. Children’s privacy
AGI&M Weekly Intelligence is a business application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly authorize children to use it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the application, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated to affected authorized users when appropriate.
